DALLAS, TEXAS (March 22, 2006) - During a conference call with its lenders today, Dresser, Inc. said it was unlikely it would be able to file its 2005 Annual Report on Form 10-K by April 17, 2006, the previously announced date for which it is requesting an extension.
In the event the April 17 filing date is not met, the company would seek another extension of its financial statement delivery requirements from the lenders under its senior secured credit facility. In addition, the company would seek an extension from the lenders under its senior unsecured term loan.
The company said additional time would likely be needed to analyze certain accounting issues.
