Dresser Style 38 couplings are available from 1/2″ ID to over 400″ OD.

This pipe joint was invented in 1891 and has remained unchanged in sealing principle through the years, although many improvements have been made to meet modern requirements.

Special and larger sizes are available and special length bodies can be supplied.

Available from 2″ through 16″ for making plain-end cast iron pipe connections.

The Style 31 is regularly supplied with a 1” NPT vent and plug off-center.

The Style 39 coupling follows the same basic design as the Style 38 coupling, but has insulating properties.

The Style 62 Reducing Coupling is a bolt on reducing coupling for joining cip to steel pipe applications.

Style 39-62 Insulating/Reducing couplings are also available for joining pipes of different O.D.'s and dissimilar metals such as cast-iron x steel connections.

The Style 128W is also available with lock pins to provide anchorage to the pipe. Larger sizes are available upon request.

The Dresser Dismantling Joint is available in a variety of coatings to suit operating and environmental conditions, and gasket compounds are selected for compatibility with line content with the standard gasket available in a Dresser Grade 27 Buna S compound.

Special packing and lubrication requirements are custom-matched to specific fluid processes or application requirements. Pressure ratings available up to 1200 psi.

Dresser Grade 27 armored gaskets are supplied as standard, with Grade 42 armored oil resistant gaskets available for special applications on request.

Restraining rings can be incorporated into the product design to increase the pullout load where excessive pipe movement is expected. Dresser Style 165 PLUS-TEMP fittings provide the practical solutions to your high-temperature piping problems.

All castings are 100% air-tested to assure a leak-proof seal.

Couplings, ells, tees and adapters in nominal sizes 1"' thru 2" for steel to steel pipe connections.

Style 167 lock couplings provide additional holding strength under unusual service conditions.

Dresser Style 91 saddles are furnished with 1/2″ thru 2″ NPT tapped bodies. They are available in single and double stirrup configurations and each is designed to accurately fit steel pipe within a range of each nominal size - clearly marked on each saddle body.

Style 194 Service Saddles are designed with plastic pipe in mind providing a low cost efficient means for supporting the pipe where service taps are made.

Dresser Style 4 and Style 41 collar clamps stops all leaks through screw collars.

As with the Style 60 and 160 clamps, the 60-S can be quickly installed with no interruption of service. Sizes 4″ thru 24″ can be used on caulked (leaded) joints, Classes A, B, C & D; Sizes 30″ and 36″ for Classes A, B & C only.

The Style 60-AC is supplied with two gaskets—otherwise it is the same as the Style 60-S Clamp.

Gasket tongs speed and simplify the installation of Dresser Bell Joint Clamps. The tongs hold the gasket in place while the clamp is being bolted-up—assuring full gasket compression.

Style 80 sleeves are available from 2″ thru 8″ CIP sizes and recommended for all customary pressures where pipe wall thickness is in conformity with specifications for standard cast iron pipe.

A weldable repair sleeve available from 3" thru 16" sizes.

The Dresser Style 126 Bell-Pack Sleeve is used for the fast, positive repair of split bell and leaking mechanical joints when internal dimensions permit.

Individual components of the Style 118 clamp are carefully engineered and constructed with lugs of ductile iron and bolts plated for long-life and durability. The Handiband clamp is made of stainless steel for corrosion resistance.

Clamp features include a tapered gasket with a gridded design and the spanner is molded flush with the gasket to prevent "hang up." The “360” has a stainless band, lugs of rugged ductile iron and bolts of corrosion-resistant Dresserloy.

Built to rigid Dresser specifications, Style 110 sleeves has a minimum yield strength of 50,000 PSI and an ultimate strength of 70,000 PSI. Style 110 sleeves are supplied in all sizes, lengths and thicknesses as shown in charts. Larger sizes and lengths available upon request.

Built to rigid Dresser specifications, Style 220 sleeves have a minimum yield strength of 50,000 PSI and an ultimate strength of 70,000 PSI. Style 120 sleeves are supplied in all sizes, lengths and thicknesses as shown in charts. Larger sizes and lengths available upon request.

Dresser Style 220S Sleeves are rated to 350 psi working pressure and meet D.O.T. #192 code requirements.
