Style 64 Bolted Riser Tees are available in 3″ and 4″ I.D. for both steel and P.E. pipe sizes. 64 Riser Tees are supplied with the Style 711 insulating inlet and conductive outlet design.

The Style 711 coupling is available from 1-1/4″ through 12″ sizes and exceeds the requirements of D.O.T. Code 192.283(b) provided the proper Dresser reinforcing insert stiffener is used in the P.E. pipe end.

Style 88's are available in couplings, ells, and male and female adapters from 1/4″ through 1-1/4″.

Dresser Style 90 Fittings have been installed for steel x steel natural gas service line connections where they have helped to speed installation and cut costs.

Dresser Style 91 saddles are furnished with 1/2″ thru 2″ NPT tapped bodies. They are available in single and double stirrup configurations and each is designed to accurately fit the pipe within a range of each nominal size - clearly marked on each saddle body.

Special packing and lubrication requirements are custom-matched to specific fluid processes or application requirements. Pressure ratings available up to 1200 psi.

A plastic ring inserted between the retaining ring and bonnet, plus permanently lubricated port seals, assure low, uniform operating torque, preventing the plug from freezing to the body.

Compression-end 175 valves employ the Universal 90 locking design to create a positive pipe restraint on both ends.

The Style 175 valve is assembled at the factory and sealed against tampering by a spring loaded stainless steel retaining ring, which cannot be removed with ordinary tools. It is tamper proof as specified in D.O.T. 192.363 Part C.

Available with FIPS x Compression and Compression x Compression Universal ends, the “Cut-In” 175 valve is thoroughly tested at high and low pressure prior to shipment.

A 3/4″ x 1-1/4″ size in all type configurations is also available.

Dresser recommends the inclusion of gasket strainers in its prefabricated systems to protect pipeline valves and regulation equipment.

The “575” is available in inlet sizes 1-1/4″ or 1-1/2″ MIPT and an outlet size of 1-1/8″ OD, but it can be readily adapted to other outlet sizes as required.

The Style 2275 product line is available in sizes 5/8″, 3/4″, 1″, 1-1/4″ and 2”. The 2” size is provided with a safety clamp.

Dresser EFV’s can be supplied in a variety of fusion, weld, and mechanical configurations.

Dresser Style 4 and Style 41 collar clamps stops all leaks through screw collars.

Cone gaskets must be specified when ordering the Style 77B repair clamp; 1-5/8″, 2″ and 2-1/2″ size cone gaskets available. Band and lugs are made of carbon stel to AISI C1008/1010.

Made of cast dultile iron to ASTM A536; spigot rings to ASTM A-307.

The Handiband clamp is made of stainless steel for corrosion resistance. Dresser Grade 304 rubber gasket offers resistance to oil, condensates, natural gas and gasoline.

The “360” has a stainless band, lugs of rugged ductile iron and bolts of corrosion-resistant Dresserloy.

Style 80 sleeves are available from 2″ thru 8″ CIP sizes and recommended for all customary pressures where pipe wall thickness is in conformity with specifications for standard cast iron pipe.

Side bolts, which are fully enclosed within the sleeve body to prevent corrosion, are tightened to compress side gaskets providing a complete, permanent leakproof seal.

Style 54 and 73 Cast Split Sleeves are designed to completely enclose and repair defective screw collars, plain or butt bell and spigot joints and double-bell circumferential welded joints.

Cap screw design provides added circumferential sealing capability around the pipe.

Sleeves are also vented for installation under pressure.

All clamps feature a 1/2″ NPT relief plug.

Built to rigid Dresser specifications, Style 110 sleeves have a minimum yield strength of 50,000 psi and an ultimate strength of 70,000 psi.

Larger diameters and longer sleeve lengths may be fabricated to customer specifications.

Dresser Style 220S Sleeves are rated to 350 psi working pressure and meet D.O.T.#192 code requirements.
