Dresser Wayne offers installation incentives through the end of the year
Austin, Texas (September 27, 2010) – Dresser Wayne, a global innovator of fuel dispensers and technologies, announced that ConocoPhillips [NYSE: COP] has approved the Nucleus point-of-sale (POS) system for implementation at Conoco, 76, and Phillips 66 fuel sites across the United States. ConocoPhillips-branded sites can now benefit from the popular Nucleus POS system’s touch-screen interface, simple usability and advanced merchandising features.
“The Nucleus POS system is a powerful tool. It’s enhanced merchandising capabilities can help to promote higher profit margin sales,” says Steven Van Vlack, Dresser Wayne POS sales specialist. “Its intuitive interface makes it easy for store employees to use, and its all-inclusive price and durable infrared screen help to reduce total-cost-of-ownership. We’re extremely excited about the possibilities it presents for ConocoPhillips sites.”
Dresser Wayne is offering discounts for Nucleus POS-system installations through December 31, 2010. The incentive program facilitates adoption of the Nucleus POS system as ConocoPhillips retailers upgrade POS systems to comply with Payment Application Data Security Standards (PA-DSS) and install POS systems at newly built sites.
The Nucleus POS system is compatible with numerous fuel-dispenser brands, including non-Dresser Wayne dispensers. It also supports revenue generation with sophisticated merchandising functionality, such as discount combinations and loyalty programs.
